Why This Exists

The science on light and circadian health is clear and well-established. Research from Harvard, the Salk Institute, NIOSH, and dozens of peer-reviewed journals shows that artificial light at night disrupts sleep, suppresses melatonin, and contributes to a range of health issues.

But the consumer lighting market is a mess. Vague wellness claims. "Warm white" bulbs marketed as sleep-friendly when they still emit blue-spiking spectra. Smart bulbs with "circadian modes" that just shift color temperature without addressing the underlying spectral problem.

We built this site to cut through the noise and help people find circadian lighting that actually works.
